• Air quality data: purifier status, filter health, fan modes, and AQI readings.
• Location data (optional): approximate location or city you provide for AQI features.
• Support communications: messages, emails, or calls you send to our support team.
• Cookies and analytics: basic site usage data to keep the site functional and improve it.

How We Use Information

• Provide and improve Hawaa products, services, and customer support.
• Operate app features such as alerts, filter reminders, and air quality insights.
• Secure accounts, prevent fraud, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Google Home and Google Assistant

This section applies to the Hawaa Google Home integration required for Google Home Console verification. When you link Hawaa with Google Home or Google Assistant, the following data may be processed:

• Account linking tokens: secure tokens that let Google send commands to Hawaa.
• Device metadata: device names, rooms you assign, and supported capabilities.
• Device state: power status, fan speed, modes, filter status, and AQI readings.
• Command data: the text form of voice commands and execution results.

Voice recordings are processed by Google under the Google Privacy Policy. Hawaa does not receive or store your raw voice recordings. We only receive the command text needed to fulfill your request.

You can unlink Hawaa from Google Home at any time from the Google Home app, and you can revoke access in the Hawaa app settings.

Sharing and Disclosure

• Service providers: trusted vendors who help us host, operate, and support services.
• Legal requirements: if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
• Business changes: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

We do not sell personal information.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide services, meet legal requirements, or resolve disputes. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including access controls and encryption where appropriate. No system is 100 percent secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link.
• Control location permissions in your device settings.
• Disconnect Google Home in the Google Home app or Hawaa settings.

Children's Privacy

Hawaa services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
